Hardware requirements

  • Micro USB cable

  • MIMXRT685-AUD-EVK board

  • Personal Computer

Board settings

Make sure the R470, R471 option B(2-3) is connected to route the I3C signal to J18. Please notice that the I3C module can only work for 1.8V on the board, short JP12 1-2. I3C one board:

  • Transfer data from MASTER_BOARD to SLAVE_BOARD of I3C interface, I3C0 pins of MASTER_BOARD are connected with I3C0 pins of SLAVE_BOARD

Prepare the Demo

  1. Connect a micro USB cable between the PC host and the CMSIS DAP USB port (J5) on the board

  2. Open a serial terminal with the following settings:

    • 115200 baud rate

    • 8 data bits

    • No parity

    • One stop bit

    • No flow control

  3. Download the program to the target board.

  4. Launch the debugger in your IDE to begin running the demo.

Running the demo

The following message shows in the terminal if the example runs successfully.
