vg_lite_format_t enumeration

Values for vg_lite_format_t enum are defined in Table 1.

If vg_lite_format_t	Path data alignment in the array should be:
VG_LITE_S8	8 bit
VG_LITE_S16	2 bytes
VG_LITE_S32	4 bytes
