Hardware requirements#

  • USB Type-C cable

  • MCIMX93-QSB board

  • J-Link Debug Probe

  • 12V~20V power supply

  • Personal Computer

Board settings#

No special settings are required.

Prepare the Demo#

  1. Build the project and generate the flash.bin file of single boot or low power boot. Refer to the ‘Getting Started with MCUXpresso SDK for MCIMX93-QSB.pdf’.

  2. Connect a type-c USB cable between the host PC and the J1401 USB port on the target board.

  3. Connect 12~20V power supply to the board.

  4. Download flash.bin into sd/emmc/flash with uuu. Refer to ‘Getting Started with MCUXpresso SDK for MCIMX93-QSB.pdf’

  5. Open a serial terminal with the following settings:

    • 115200 baud rate

    • 8 data bits

    • No parity

    • One stop bit

    • No flow control

  6. Switch the SW301 to re-power the board.

Running the demo#

When the example runs successfully, the following message is displayed in the terminal:
